1. Fractional Operations Leadership:

I work with entrepreneurs with small teams to build and scale their businesses.

I serve in a “fractional” or part-time leadership capacity for teams who don’t have a need (or the funds) for a full time hire.

Specific things I do:

  • Analyze proforma financials

  • Sequence projects to achieve goals

  • Implement PMO to streamline operations

  • Train and mentor junior staff to improve performance

  • Serve as a connector to people, resources, information.

2. Solopreneur / Freelancer Consultation:

I work with project managers who are serious about launching a side hustle or full time self employment.

I serve in a consultative capacity to provide information, support, and guidance in order to succeed at landing work or navigating a particular situation.

Specific things I do:

  • Provide curated resources for launching a business.

  • Offer insight into rate setting, trends, and overall strategy.

  • Serve as a connector to people or companies where mutual benefit may exist.

3. Other Resources I Offer:

  • YouTube channel with over 150 videos about the project management experience
