You don't need titles and certifications to be a great leader

• You don't need titles and certifications to be a great leader.

• You don't need to say a lot of words to meaningfully contribute.

• You don't need to be ruthless to get ahead or authoritative to be respected.

We have gotten so much of this backwards, mostly out of necessity. We have been stuck playing the game in order to achieve more. As a result, we lose ourselves and minimize the best parts of our humanity.

But, I think the future will show us a great shift in a new direction.

And we will see the truth of what is actually needed to build anything worth having in the first place.

I'm talking about the under-rated stuff, like:

• Curiosity

• Kindness

• Generosity

• Collaboration

This is where the magic happens.
